With the long hours we spend nowadays sitting at desks or using computers and laptops it is inevitable that most of us suffer backaches lugging heavy bags to school college and office adds to the problem as this makes one to stoop the main cause as a parent is wrong posture of course there are many other reasons for back pain such as age injury and slipped disc but bad posture is one of the main culprits in a pan add 4 to 5 tablespoons of coconut oil and to this add about six cloves of fresh garlic and let it fry till the garlic becomes dark brown and now massage this oil on the affected area take a one-inch piece of fresh ginger and cut it into thin slices now to a pan add some water and to this add a few pieces of fresh ginger allow this to boil and let it simmer for about 10 minutes now strain this liquid and add a little honey to taste mix this well and have this couple of times a day instead of ginger you can also take some fresh tulsi or basil leaves boil them in some water strain it and have it with a pinch of salt in a pan add a cup of water and to this add quarter teaspoon of ginger powder about six peppercorns and three to four cloves and now let this boil for about eight to ten minutes allow this to cool and then strain the liquid and now it’s ready to drink take equal amounts of khus khus or poppy seeds and mishri or sugar candy.
